Stages of Action
The interactive educational film and theatre programmes take place in three distinct stages:
1. Using appropriate teaching materials and parallel activities, the children are given information about the programme in question beforehand in class, so that they are aware of what is to come.
2. Then, the main phase of the programme takes place in a cinema or community hall and includes:
– An introductory presentation of the subject by a senior expert and a discussion with the children.
-Interactive 2D or 3D audiovisual projections during which the children can interact using wireless remote controls.
– Holding short discussions between the different sequences of the video, based on what they have seen and more generally on their own experiences concerning the subject presented.
3. Finally, at a later stage, the teacher is offered appropriate material for parallel actions, showcases the innovative teaching activity in class with the pupils and assesses the results obtained.
Our action is complementary to the school program; it can in no way replace the teacher or the subject taught.
It helps to raise children’s awareness of the key issues in education today on a global scale by conveying educational messages, in a way that engages their interest and thus facilitates the teacher’s work in the classroom.
Educational resources
-Student participation is constant throughout the programme, thanks to the wireless remote controls. Students participate by choosing which video they want to watch each time.
-Entertainment helps acquire knowledge more effectively.
– The interaction between the students and the planned work is carried out using special wireless remote controls. Together, they guide the development of the film, answer the actors’ questions and can also choose which video to watch each time.
– The knowledge game is an equally important teaching tool. Throughout the screening, pupils take part in an educational knowledge game using special wireless remote controls, having received the relevant information beforehand by audiovisual means.
– In collaboration with renowned theatre and film artists, a perfect aesthetic result is sought that promotes learning, aesthetic, entertainment and cultural objectives.
